Throughout the year we’ve welcomed an extraordinary range of machines through our doors—from the exhilarating Porsche GT3 RS and the breathtaking Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato, to Ferrari icons such as the F8 Tributo and the rare 16M Scuderia. Working on vehicles of this calibre is always an honour, and it’s made all the more special by the incredible owners who place their trust in us.
This year began with excitement as the all-new Aston Martin DB12 arrived in our workshop, setting the tone for the year ahead with many more Aston Martin owners trusting us with their vehicles. We finish 2025 on another high with the release of the Aston Martin DBX S, one of the last vehicles in the workshop this year and what a stunning one to finish on, with our PPF service.
Being trusted to install PPF on both new and approved-used vehicles for HWM Walton http://www.hwmastonmartin.co.uk and their clients is a responsibility we never take lightly. We are committed to upholding the level of service and care that HWM—and their customers, expect.
Another milestone for 2025 was offering work experience for the first time. Welcoming Alfie into the workshop who was taking his GCSE’s and knew that the traditional academic route wasn’t for him. It was fantastic to see Dan share his knowledge and expertise, helping to inspire the next generation of detailing professionals. We were delighted to have such a well mannered and keen to learn young man on the team for a week in the Summer.
We also remain forever grateful to our brand partners, Covrgard PPF and IGL Coatings, whose dedication to innovation and quality ensures we can continue offering industry-leading protection and detailing services. Their support is integral to what we do, and we are proud to stand alongside them.
A personal reflection
As a small, family-run business, 2025 has brought its fair share of highs and lows. Like many independent businesses, we’ve faced financial pressures and rising costs—challenges that test both resilience and determination. But despite it all, we end the year choosing to celebrate the positives, the memories, and the moments that mean the most.
This year we enjoyed a magical, unforgettable family road trip through Switzerland and a superb camping holiday in Cornwall with great friends – chances to reconnect, recharge, and remember why we work so hard. We’ve celebrated incredible milestones too: Our eldest taking the next steps in his journey as a Chef, building a career he loves. Our daughter passing her driving test first time—a proud and emotional moment! Our youngest starting rugby and smashing his tackles with enthusiasm. And of course, Sarah our Director and wife to Dan, turning 50, marked with a fantastic celebration surrounded by friends and family.
These moments remind us why we do what we do, and they fuel our passion for the year ahead.
